CUSTOMERS IN JERSEY AND GUERNSEY

Any orders placed with us from within the islands will have a choice of postal or next day personal delivery, for items in stock.

UK CUSTOMERS

Customers in the UK will have stock items sent out the same day, but unfortunately postal services from the islands is not always very fast, for immediate delivery please contact me by email so that I can arrange special delivery.

Otherwise allow at least 7 -10 working days for postal delivery [the donkeys are slow].

We always obtain a Certificate of Postage.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occassionally due to high demand an item may be out of stock. We will notify you immediately by email should there be a problem with your order.

REFUNDS

We offer a no quibble returns policy. We hope you will never need to return an item, but if you do, please let us know as soon as possible. The item must be returned, unworn, with all labels intact within 14 days of receipt. Please note that items are returned at customers own risk and all postage costs are the customers responsibility.

We will be happy to exchange your purchase with no added postage costs.
